Lois Jean Hall, 71, of rural Malden, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 in her home.

A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in the St. Louis Catholic Church, Princeton, with Rev. Daniel Gifford officiating. Interment will follow. Her family will receive friends Monday from 4 until 7 p.m. in the Fiocchi-Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton, with a rosary recited at 6:30 p.m. Private online condolences may be left for the family at

Lois was born on January 1, 1947 in Kenmore, New York, to Edwin and Grace (Kirsch) Myers. She had worked as a midwife. She married Dennis R. Hall on April 2, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of the Catholic Church, she founded the New Beginnings Food Co-op, she was a La Leche League leader and a home school instructor.

She is survived by: her husband, Dennis R. Hall of rural Malden; her daughters, Jennifer (Darren) McCoy of Mahomet, Pamela (Joshua) Dent of Middleport, New York, Rebecca Kenwick of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth (Nicholas) Pratt of Peoria; Katherine Hall of San Diego, California, and Victoria Hall of Decatur; 15 grandchildren; her brother, Ronald (Jan) Myers of New York, her sister, Barbara McKnight of New York; and several nieces and nephews.
