Vince C. Racina, 90, of 234 N. Mercer St., passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

She was born May 30, 1927 to Joseph and Vita Faraone in Coloma, Michigan. She married Oscar J. Racina after the end of WWII.

Vince was employed at Harper Wyman for several years and also worked at Crown Lanes.

She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and enjoyed golfing, bowling, cooking and traveling to Fairbanks, Alaska and Salt Lake City, Utah to visit her sons.

Surviving are her two amazing sons, Joe (Kris) Racina from Princeton, and Sam Racina from Salt Lake City, Utah.  Two brothers, Joseph  (Joyce) Faraone of Coloma, Michigan and John Faraone of Corpus Christie, Texas

She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar – (December 21, 1983),  her parents; one son, Phillip (age 7) and two sisters, Jenny and Francis.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the Norberg Memorial Home in Princeton, Father Daniel Gifford officiating.  Burial to follow at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, Princeton, Illinois.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Norberg Memorial Home.
