Thomas Michael Milligan, 73, of Princeton, passed away at his home on October 28, 2017.

Mike was born May 2, 1944 to the late Thomas Milligan and Henrietta Boll Milligan in Joliet. He married Irene Gajewski on

August 3, 1985 in Chicago.

After graduating from Hinsdale High School, Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Restaurant Management

from the University of Denver. Mike spent many years as a commodities trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and

as a meat broker throughout Asia. Mike and his wife owned the Ranch House Restaurant in Bureau Junction for 16 years.

He is survived by his wife, Irene; daughter Leigh Erin (Mike) Blumer of Chillicothe, Illinois; Katherine (Chris)

Ross of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and son, Matthew, of Princeton; grandchildren Clara Ross, Everly Blumer and Barrett Blumer;

one sister Toni (Brian) Dorosz of Wauseon, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Fiocchi Jensen Funeral Home with the Reverend Daniel

Gifford presiding, followed by burial at Oakland Cemetery in Princeton.
