Marilyn Sue Johnson, 70, of Wyanet, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017, in Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday in the Bunker Hill Church, Buda, with Rev. John Erickson officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery, Wyanet. Her family will receive friends from 3 until 7 p.m. Thursday in the church. Arrangements are through the Fiocchi-Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton. Marilyn was born on May 21, 1947in Princeton, to Frank Virden and Mary L. (Daley) Johnson. She married Curtis L. Johnson on October 23, 1965 in the Tiskilwa Methodist Church. She had worked at the Ace Distribution Center in Princeton. She was a member of the Manlius Baptist Church, the Wyanet Village Board for many years, the Wyanet Old Car Club, and Co-sponsor of the Prairie State Long Rifle Show.

She is survived by: her husband, Curt Johnson of Wyanet; her son, Robert (Mandi) Johnson of Wyanet; 3 grandchildren, Trent (Kayleigh) Johnson, Derrick (Emily) Johnson, and Katelin (Mark) Skelley; 2 great grandchildren, Caleb and Samuel Johnson; her siblings, Lyle (Carole) Johnson of Lake Thunderbird, Larry (Kay) Johnson of Tiskilwa, and Carol (Dean) Rowe of Princeton.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and 2 daughters in infancy.
