OBITUARY – Bertha Saltzman

Bertha Saltzman, 80, of Princeton died on Friday, August 11, at Liberty Village in Princeton.

She was born on January 6, 1937 in DePue to Raymond and Charlotte Hedges. She married Kerry Saltzman on June 17, 1961 in Ohio, IL. She worked at Harper Wyman, was a homemaker and also babysat her grandchildren, Shawn Moats and Rachel Biagioni.

She is survived by her children, Mike (Janet) Moats and Ken (Michelle) Moats both of Princeton; and sisters, Judy Anderson, JoAnne Tornow, Joan Estes, and Phyllis Brown.

She was preceded by her parents; her husband; 2 sisters, Pearl Hand and Mildred Byczynski, and by her step-father, Phillip Byczynski.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00-11:00 at Norberg Memorial home in Princeton.

Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at Elm Lawn Memorial Park in Princeton.
